Product Description
HFD-1 is compounded powder LCM material of permeable materials, fiber materials and other materials. It’s particle size ranges micron scale, so it is easy to be pumped into lost circulation formation. After adopting surface activity technology, HFD-1 will improve the flow resistance in formation due to part of LCM absorbing on the interface of loss circulation channel. The solid content is high, and the solid phase will precipitate and packing in the channel, this leads to LCM forming long enough sealing plugs which are compact and firm. So the lost circulation will be cured as soon as possible. The plugging mud could be built with freshwater and HFD-1 which the highest concentration is up to 40%. The density of plugging mud can be adjusted up to 2.4 sg by adding barite or other appropriate weighting materials. The LCM plugging mud will loss all the liquid in 1-3 minutes under 0.7 MPa. So the LCM mud works fast without waiting on solidifying.

Package and Storage
They shall be packaged in 25kg multi-wall paper sacks. They shall be stored in a shady, dry, and ventilated place.
