On July 21st,2020, three teachers from China Audit (Shenzhen) Certification Co., Ltd. conducted the first external supervision and audit on the intellectual property management system of the development, production and sale of chemical additives of Deshunyuan Company.
At 14:00, the first meeting was held in the conference room of the office building. At the meeting, the company leaders warmly welcomed the arrival of the audit teachers and asked all departments to actively cooperate with the audit team. At the same time, we hoped that the audit teachers would strictly check according to the GB/29490-2013 standards and the requirements of the intellectual property management system to find out the problems and deficiencies which would play a positive role in promoting and continuously improving the standardization and healthy development of the intellectual property management system.
After the meeting, the audit teachers carried out detailed supervision and review of all departments according to the audit plan, and held the last meeting at 17:30 in the afternoon. Through this supervision and audit, they fully affirmed the construction and maintenance as well as the consistency and effectiveness of the company's intellectual property management system, but also put forward valuable opinions and suggestions, and finally the teachers recommended Deshunyuan company to maintain the certificate.
